Shipping and Returns

All sales are final. Uniquely Me Apparel Co. creates each product by hand once it is ordered. We do not stock in house inventory, and therefore,  we are unfortunately unable to provide returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless a product arrives damaged.

We trust the quality of our work, however, if by chance you receive an item that is damaged, please see ‘Return Policy’ below for steps on how to begin the exchange process.

 

BEFORE ORDERING:

*Please Note: as is standard in the apparel industry, the sizing of different styles and brands vary slightly. You will find a size chart in each product description for that specific item and it is highly recommended that you check your measurements against the chart in order to choose the size you will be most satisfied with. We are unable to accept returns for wrong sizes, so please take advantage of this tool to ensure that you’ll receive a product you’ll be happy with.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit your order. If however you’ve made a mistake in entering your shipping address or something similar that could affect your shipment, please email Info@uniquelymeapparel.com with your request. We cannot guarantee that these revisions can be made, however, we will do our best to make the necessary changes when possible. If the order is unable to be revised and is sent to an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned. it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover reshipment costs once the item has been returned to the facility and your new address has been confirmed.

 

Shipping Policy

All products ordered from Uniquely Me Apparel Co. are hand crafted at one of our printing and fulfillment centers after an order has been placed. Therefore, please allow 2-3 days for order fulfillment before items will be shipped.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 4 – 6 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering, although this timeframe could extend up to 7 days during extremely busy times.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

 

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees, and are therefore the responsibility of the customer..

 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for a lost shipment if the carrier indicates that the shipment was delivered. Unfortunately, in such cases, Uniquely Me Apparel Co. will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.

If the shipping address was correct and does not show as delivered, get in touch with us at Info@uniquelymeapparel.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

 

 

Returns policy

Damaged items:

 

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

To be eligible for an exchange of a damaged good (same product, same size), please send us a clear picture (or two) of your damaged item and email them to Info@uniquelymeapparel.com. These images will be reviewed and you will be sent a return merchandise authorization number to begin your exchange (with the same item in the same size) upon approval.

 

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, if a different size is preferred, you will need to place an additional order. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
